The New York Finger Lakes Wine Festival would like us to reprise our role as chef/farmer for a cooking class on Saturday of the festival. After a little discussion we agreed and will be leading an indoor class on using lavender in cooking. Lavender in entrees, vegetable dishes and of course desserts. Look for us in the festival brochure. The class is based on the first 60 or so that sign up the day of the event. So if you are going to be at the festival on Saturday sign up early. It is also one of the only air conditioned spaces at the Glen. See you in July!
