Summer Garden Eats

Nothing says summer more to me than a ripe tomato.  Make a bowl of fresh bruschetta, add to it the crustiest baguette and a glass of wine and you have a quick easy and luscious summer appetizer to take to a friend's or just to have at home.  Bruschetta is nothing more than chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, salt, pepper and chopped basil.  I would give you a recipe but it is easy enough to just start chopping and add what you like.  Besides my wife won't share her recipe even with me!  Bruschetta is a wonderful way of using the summer garden's gifts.
