Getting Ready for the Apple Harvest

As I am working on the cider press and looking at the orchard waiting for our apples to reach their peak ripeness,  my mind drifts to last year's apple harvest.  As a school teacher in a primary building the seasons fill many of our discussions.  Living in apple country many of the students go apple picking with their families.  Many buy cider but few see it made.  This year we may try our hand at school making cider with my new press and with that I made this little video for the students of last year's apple harvest.
