Fall Colors

Though only the middle of September, the last few cool evenings have begun to bring out the fall colors in some of the maples.  I am an October baby and fall is my favorite season (Shari's too!).  Life on the farm is hectic as we begin to ready for the winter season that will be here before we know it.  Garden beds prepared for fall crops or put to rest for the winter months, garlic soon to be planted, cover crops sown.  Nature's gentle flow through the seasons -  followed by our hands and our labors.
