Giant Erector Set

Well our forays into building our hoophouse are almost complete.  I have yet to finish the ends with plastic and plywood, make the roll-up sides and add the plastic but all in good time.  We have the structure up and complete.  All we have to do is tighten everything up and for the summer add the shade fabric that will shield our young cuttings from the intense sun.  If I had to do this again, I would say if you can afford to have it erected for you  do it.  If you have 3-4 weekends and a couple of friends that will work for a couple of six packs of their favorite barley-hops and you have a penchant for a sizable project, by all means go ahead.
