Lavender Homefries
2 medium potatoes
1/2 - 1 tsp of Purple Dog Lavender Buds
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cube the potatoes retaining the skin
- Place in small frying pan with butter, oil and lavender buds
- Once pan is heated on medium heat cover and stir periodically for about 20 minutes till tender
- Last 5 minutes I uncover the potatoes and let them crisp up and brown nicely
